What is Easy Pay?

With Easy Pay, you can receive an item now and pay monthly installments at no extra charge with your QCard, major credit card, or PayPal account. The product price, shipping & handling, and any applicable sales tax will be divided according to the specified number of payments. During checkout, just choose the Easy Pay option, when available. The first Easy Pay installment will be billed on the date the item ships. Then, approximately every 30–31 days, each remaining installment will be billed to the credit card used on the order. Easy Pay billing dates are set according to the ship date of the order; billing dates for future installments can't be customized or changed. Easy Pay offers are subject to approval by QVC based on a number of factors, including item type, price, and payment history. Please note: certain payment methods, including prepaid cards, may not be available for items purchased with Easy Pay.

Is Easy Pay available when I order using Speed Buy?

Yes. Whenever you order using Speed Buy, the Easy Pay terms on the item are automatically applied. If you're using your QCard to order and the item is available for more than the 3 Easy Payments offered through our Easy Pay Every Day QCard benefit, Speed Buy will default to the higher number of Easy Payments. If the item is not otherwise available on Easy Pay, Speed Buy will automatically default to 3 Easy Payments if you order with your QCard.

When will my QCard, credit card, or PayPal be charged?

The first Easy Pay installment will be billed on the date the item ships. Then, approximately every 30–31 days, each remaining installment will be billed to the payment method used on the order. Please note that when you initially place your order, QVC will request authorization from your credit card company or PayPal, as applicable, for the amount of just the first installment, not the total purchase amount.

Can I change my billing date?

Easy Pay billing dates are set according to the ship date of the order. Billing dates for future installments cannot be customized or changed.

How can I change the credit card on my Easy Pay orders?

Once your order has shipped, you can change the credit card on future installments anytime in Order Status on QVC.com. Select Easy Pay Orders, and click on the order number link to open Order Detail. Next, click on "Edit" next to your payment method to change the credit card for future installments. Please note: certain payment methods, including prepaid cards, may not be available for items purchased with Easy Pay.

How can I pay the balance of remaining installments?

Once your order has shipped, you can pay the total remaining installment balance anytime in Order Status on QVC.com. Select Easy Pay Orders, and click on the order number link to open the Order Detail. Next, click on "Pay" next to your payment method to bill all remaining installments to your credit card. How do I view & manage my Easy Pay orders if I checked out without entering a password (or don't have a password on my account)?

While we provide you the option to place an order on your account without entering a password, a password is required to access your account and view or manage any information about your orders, including Easy Pay orders. If you have not yet created a password, you can choose the Password link from the My Account page to do so. Or, you can call Customer Service for assistance at 888-345-5788.

I'm returning my item, but it's on Easy Pay. How will I be refunded?

When preparing the packing slip for return, just request a refund to the original payment method and you'll be refunded the amount you have paid to date. Billing will continue for Easy Pay installments until the returned item is received and refunded.

I have QVC credits to use. Can I apply credits to pay my Easy Pay installments or remaining balance?

Easy Pay installments are billed to your major credit card or QCard. Unfortunately, QVC credits cannot be applied to pay Easy Pay installments.
