Eye See You Eyeliner is a highly pigmented eye definer that's oh-so easy to apply with enough time to play, blend, smudge, or define.
How do I use it: For the look of bold and beautiful eyes, glide eyeliner directly onto the eyelid, as close to the lash line as possible. For a pop of color, layer Line Backer on top of your favorite colored eyeliner pencil. Use light pressure to achieve a thin line or add more pressure with the pen at a slight angle for a thicker line.
