Very disappointed
I just recently got this air fryer Took it out of the box loaded it with food. The touch screen woul light up but wouldn’t respond to our touch. We read the manual , trouble shot. Looked up YouTube videos to make sure we weren’t doing something wrong. Called customer service waited 5 min. Woman gets on the phone I tell her the problem she said did you read the manual. I said yes plus I looked online for tips. She just states ok we’ll just return it thank you have a good night. Worst customer service ever!
