Bloomeffects Royal Tulip Nectar

Formulated with the Dutch Tulip Complex and a bouquet of botanicals, Bloomeffects Royal Tulip Nectar is a hydrator that nourishes skin.

How do I use it: Using the spatula, scoop a pea-size amount into hands (a little goes a long way!). Rub product between your fingers and apply a thin layer directly onto your face, massaging until the rich nectar sinks into your skin. Some separation may occur. Mix the formula vigorously with the tulip spatula for optimal results. After mixing, your nectar should have a thick, honey-like texture.
