Originally created for David's Cabbage Slaw with Peanut-Soy Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp fresh ginger root, minced
  • 1 Tbsp garlic, minced

Directions

Whisk all the ingredients together in a medium-size bowl. Set aside until ready to use.
