Dispense equal parts of toothpaste and Pro Whitening Gel onto toothbrush; it's recommended to use one pump of gel every time you brush. You may need to pump several times with first use to dispense gel. Brush teeth for two minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water. Use twice daily.
