The first step in The Method, Body Polish is a daily exfoliating skin polish that effectively removes dull, dry surface cells. Shea butter provides a silky rich texture that helps skin look visibly smoother, softer, and renewed.

The third step in The Method, Body Nourish is a luxuriously rich body moisturizer that helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while smoothing the look of rough skin texture. A blend of shea butter, watermelon seed oil, kigelia fruit extract, and marula oil help boost skin's moisture to help hydrate dry skin.

How do I use it: Once daily, gently massage a generous amount of Body Polish onto wet skin using firm, circular motions. Rinse off.

Massage a generous amount of Body Nourish into skin after bathing or showering. Initially, use once daily. Application can be increased to twice daily unless irritation occurs. Do not exceed two applications daily unless directed by a physician.
