Rated 5 out of 5 by from No matter the age, great way to introduce counting You would think these would only be useful for older children, but it is hands-down the best tool so far for getting my daughter and her bestie at 18 months to learn how to start counting and the relationship to reciting numbers 1-10. The two girls would just stand in front of the refridgerator and count out while placing the disks in a grid square. Brilliant and keeps their interest.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love these and I use the all the time. I use them with my kindergarten students. They build combinations of numbers, combinations of ten, odd and even numbers, and many more. The blackboards in my room are magnetic. The students love them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great preschol/K product! The magnetic 10 frame is easy to set up, a very simple product, but very effective in helping young children explore addition and subtraction. The size is perfect for preschool and kindergarten age hands, and because its a magnet, we can easily put it at the right height on our fridge for our children to play with. The setup is perfect to show addition and subtraction, as well as to visualize how 10's are made. Would highly recommend it for children just starting to get into math!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Teaching Aid I loved the Giant Ten Frame for helping my kids come up with ways to make 10. It was a lot more fun than having individual ten frames. It also helped them work together to make 10.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ten Frame Math I use these in my kindergarten class on the magnetic white board to explore addition, subtraction, place value, and the numbers of 1-30, including the calendar. These are versatile, fun-to-use, and an excellent way to demonstrate math concepts to children. We have played a game called "How many more do you need to make 10?" These could also be used by interested parents on their refrigerators at home for math practice. My students love using them in small collaborative learning groups. With additional sets, a teacher could include place value to higher numbers. I recommend these ten frame sets to teachers and parents of elementary age children.
