Was supposed to receive a phone from the supervisor which never happened here I am 8 months and several calls later waiting on resolution.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t bother Ordered this with the IPad and it never came so spoke with customer service and they reordered it for me. Still have not received so am cancelling as I went with Apple to get the warranty. I know apple provides quality service when needed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not what It seems I purchased my grandson a Wii U from QVC along with this Square Trade Warranty. After 13 months the Wii U was not working properly so thus began the long problem of dealing with Sqaure Trades "Out of USA" Phone Support. I was told to send the Wii U in to Square Trade service Center and if it was not fixable I would get a WiiU Price Refund. The Phone Support Center did not offer to send the Postage Free Mailing Box as they Advertise when I Purchased the Warranty. We spent 12.00 and mailed the Item in. We got a call that they had spent hrs looking at it and there was NO ISSUES. They mailed it back WITH ISSUES. We called and they said in the notes that a Tech looked at it and it was fine. I said it is not FINE. We have 3 Adults who have witnessed the Error Message. I was told that the Problem will be resolved as they will talk to a Manager then they ask for Receipts for the Wii U as they had nothing on File. I said you Sold me the Warranty. They said without a Receipt they cant proceed and if I e mailed it it may be a few day for them to receive the e mail in their Office. but they will call us back within an hour. NO CALL came in so I called back and they said They received the receipt but they need to look at the Wii U again so Send the Item back to their Center and this time a Special assigned Tech will work on it, Then if not repaired they will honor the Warranty or if I liked they will give me the Cost of SQUARE TRADE 3YR contract REFUND. Oh my I would have a BROKE WII U still and no Warranty.I ask if you didnt fix it before why Mail in again. Then they sent an e-mail with Trouble Shooting tips One of which rerquired to take the Wii U Apart. I called and again told them we did not want to void a Warranty be taring into the Console. They said they will send a Box Postage free and we can return the Product and the Story is still developing.
