Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 small jalapeño
  • 1/4 small red onion, peeled
  • 1 mango, peeled
  • 1 HoneyBell, peeled
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

With the motor of the food processor running, add the cilantro to the bowl through the feed tube. Add the jalapeño and red onion through the feed tube and finely chop. Open the food processor and add the mango, HoneyBell, lime juice, and salt. Pulse until the desired consistency is reached.

Serve with tortilla chips or use as a sauce for cooked chicken or fish. Makes 2 cups.
