These cheese- and meat-filled bites are sure to be a fall favorite!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Serves: 24 Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz can crescent dough sheet
  • 1/8 cup or 6 tsp cranberry sauce
  • 4 oz brie cheese
  • 1 tsp chopped rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 slices prosciutto

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350℉.

Unroll the crescent dough on a cutting board. Cut the sheet into 24 2" x 2" squares. Press the squares into the cups of a mini muffin pan, forming a small bowl-like shape. It's okay if the corner hangs out a little.

Place 1/4 tsp of the cranberry jelly and 1/2 tsp of brie into each muffin cup. Sprinkle the rosemary and walnuts over each cup. Tear the prosciutto into small pieces and place them on top of each cup.

Place into oven and bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm.

Cook's Notes

You can experiment with different flavors by changing out the herbs and using different flavored jams or jellies to replace the cranberry sauce.
