The Quickliner is an automatic eye pencil that twists up, glides on, and smudges to a smooth blur of color. The silky formula is transfer- and water-resistant. Allergy tested. 100% fragrance free. Ophthalmologist tested.
How do I use it: Swivel up only 1/8". Pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying. Line eyes. Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap securely after using to protect the formula. Can be used alone or over eye shadow. Remove with Take The Day Off makeup remover for lids, lashes, and lips.
