Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still working just fine... We've had our Keurig for several years now - we still love it and it's still going strong. As with any appliance, you have to change filters and clean it when needed. Coffee too weak? You have three choices of cup size to choose from...if you want stronger coffee, use the smaller fluid choices or do like I do and use a 16oz plus cup and make 2 6oz fluid with 2 K-cups in that large cup...I buy Fair Trade pods at my local grocer at 12 for $4.29 which is a lot cheaper that going out and paying $1.75 each time at the diner and that barista drink is a lot more than that ...I have also purchased boxes of assorted good quality K-pods at my office supply store at reasonable prices or ordered online...need more refillable K-cups, you can order them for less than $1.00 each online...filtered water runs about $1 a gallon where I live and is convenient and cuts down on cleaning...we use our Keurig exclusively unless we have guests over and coffee is served and I have to make that 14 cup pot. Remember, just like clothing and automobiles, small appliances last longer and work better when maintained appropriately...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love The Convenience I had own my Keurig for several years. I never had a problem. I live in a area of very hard water, for that reason I always used distilled water. I would still be using my keurig, but my house burnt down and so did the keurig

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For Your Info......... At first I also thot (by mistake) that something was wrong with my Keurig! BUT, I was wrong! I drink alot of coffee. While thinking my brewer was not functioning, a friend came over and showed me how to simply clean the brewer! They just pulled out the part where you set your pod cup, then with a tooth pick, cleaned out the caffeine and grounds build up ..... It was so easy and ran like new after that... it just gets a little bogged up with coffee clog...no worries! The best invention EVER!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Keurig! Received this as our Xmas gift last year from my daughter, I was hesitant being I always used a regular coffee maker. I was pleasantly surprised as to the great quality cup it makes & best of all I always get a fresh cup of coffee unlike “other coffee makers” your coffee can taste stale at times. My only complaint is when the coffee is brewing it slightly splatters on my counter and I’m constantly wiping after a cup, otherwise it’s a great item! If I may suggest they make one that has the ability to adjust the height for ur cup to avoid messes each time. Would recommend

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Buy Have only had my Keurig for less than a year and it is almost shot. Makes horrible groaning noises, takes forever to brew. Doesn't brew a full cup any longer. I shut off and on trying anything to fix it. My water is not hard. Will never buy a Keurig again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It Works Just Fine! re those complaining of noise - DUH - of course. Bet they complain a blender is noisy. even my old mr. coffee style drip makes noise. re those complaining of its slow/takes time - DUH of course. Even Star Trek's Enterprise's replicators took time to make "1 cup, Earl Gray, hot". Any coffee maker takes time! re those complaining of having to change filters: UH - DOUBLE DUH! - the filters clearly say change every TWO MONTHS. the real issue here is the cost of those filters. re those complaining of weak coffee using MyKCup - you have to use a very fine grind - not the coarse grind for drip coffee makers -- and a high quality coffee. Have had mine for 2 years with no problems other than those caused by lack of coffee in my system (must remember to hit button) and the insane prices of the KCups

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Filtered is better We have a lot of iron in our water. But I use the refrigerator filtered water for coffee...then this coffeemaker has its own filter...I get a better coffee. Easy to use and I have the reusable basket that takes my regular coffee and is cheaper. I enjoy a hot cup of chocolate on these cold nights.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I haven't had this for even a year and I have had to change the filter twice. The brewer takes long to get going(sounds like an old car) and then will only brew half a cup. I have to brew the same pod twice just to get a full cup
