Rated 1 out of 5 by from HUGE WASTE OF $$$ The electronic part pops right out the front of the band while it is on my 9 year olds wrist today and is GONE! Defective design flaw and neither fitbit nor QVC is willing to replace. I understand if we lost the actual band and fitbit but the band was on her wrist correctly and it just fell out somewhere. NOT RIGHT! Fitbit was rude and QVC not any better. Basically told "can I help you with anything else" after offering no help at all. Also, this was after waiting extended time frames to speak with someone. QVC chat was the worst, I sat several minutes between his responses and had to keep asking "are you there". Sad little girl and frustrated parent will not being purchasing again from either company.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My daughter loves it I bought this for Christmas for my Daughter who turned 9 in January right after Christmas and she has worn it all the time. Takes good care of it and enjoys seeing her accomplishments in steps and seeing how her sleep pattern was the night before. I would definitely order again

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t waste your money Prior to my purchase I read that the wristband on this broke easily but the Inspire FitBit bands worked so wasn’t worried. My daughter loved this when it came and so did I. However, about 4-5 weeks in, it just died. Wouldn’t work at all and just a black screen. Won’t buy again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It's a Tracker That tracks Incorrectly I got this for my 10 year that needs to move more, especially now with the isolation orders. I thought it was adding up too quickly, so I had him test it. He told me he had 1028 steps in, then I had him move his arm for about 2 seconds, and he went up to 1036 steps while still sitting on the sofa. I already threw the packaging out, so I might be at a $50 loss. So disappointing. The only good thing is that the silent alarm vibrates on his wrist and wakes him. He has an alarm clock, so this feature is not worth $50 by itself.
