Love the Bowflex 552 adjustable dumbbells. Very easy to use. Changing weights couldn't be easier, takes seconds. Like the fact that you have option of 552s, as that is plenty of weight for this old man.

Great addition to home gym
#sweepstakes I bought these to use with fitness apps and I needed a variety of weights for different exercises. These seem very sturdy and I like how the bottom of the weights are slightly flat so you can do push ups with them without them rolling on the ground. The grips are great and don't tear up your hands. They have to be on the base to change the weights but I guess that is a safety feature to make sure they attach correctly.
