Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Dyson Customer service I received this fan late July 2020 and used it for approximately 3 months with no issues I went to turn on last night and no power. I called Dyson to check if they could help fix issue and if not what would the warranty be since it was in still under a year of ownership. The Rep looked it up and said this was discontinued 2017 but I purchased it from qvc in 2020??? He said there was nothing they could do as no longer have parts and since item discontinued no warranty..are you kidding me. I spent a couple hundred dollar for a couple of months use and the company didn’t stand by their product.I’ve always had a very positive relationship with Dyson issues in past to full satisfaction.Just for additional information on this story this fellow at Dyson knew I had been a loyal and very frequent purchaser of their products over the years. I have purchased more than 12.vac. And probably 10 or more top of line fans.and purifiers and humidifiers.Some were directly from Dyson and some BBB and some from Qvc so one would think they would make some attempt to make it right.Many of these were gifts.I’ve spent thousands of dollars and this is answer to my very first serous problem.I asked to speak to a manager as this was so wrong and Rep promised he would reach out to me within an hour.or so well no call so as much as I have been a loyal and happy Dyson customer until now I will not purchase any of their products again. Apparently they make up their own rules if item is discontinued if they will stand behind it or not.I’m sure Qvc was not aware that they were selling a discontinued item that the dyson corp. would not stand behind.if an issue would arise. I intend on calling Qvc to inform so they are made aware so some caution can be taken when they decide to sell products that may be discontinued. What a shame as Dyson has good products and reliability to accommodate their customers but it looks like it is more about financial gain and less concern with the customer. CS S.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No power switch; broken after 5 months use Although this works well WHEN IT WORKS, be aware that there is no power switch on the unit so if the remote stops working, the fan is useless. I bought this unit in July of last year and only used it periodically in the master bedroom in the summer. It sat unused all winter and then worked for only 3 weeks recently when I started using it again. I tried replacing the remote battery, but to no avail. I expect something this expensive to work for more than 5 months!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Loud buzzing I see other reviews where the reviewer states it's quiet. Had this for about a year and I can't handle it any longer. Sounds like plastic going through a shredder. The lower the speed the worse it sounds. Be prepared to where ear protection if you actually want to sleep.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Cooling I use this daily in my bathroom when getting ready. It provides much needed targeted cooling after blow drying my hair. Keeps me cool while putting on makeup. Super convenient as I no longer have to crank down the AC to cool a single room. Love it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a good product! Received the purifier & it continues to cut off giving a symbol on the display panel that is a rectangle with a exclamation point in the center. I have to constantly unplug the unit for a day or so then plug it back in and turn unit back on. This is so frustrating! Per instructions, consumers are asked to contact Dyson but the customer service is pitiful! First of all they told me that had a Canadian unit from the model number that I provided them. Then after numerous emails I am always told to unplug unit and reset it!!! Really? This is what I have been doing. Now I am unable to return unit to QVC because of the 30 day return policy and I purchased unit in July 2020. Don’t waste your money on this item as I am so sorry I did. I thought Dyson offered premier products but sadly I was disappointed on all levels!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful smell When i bought this dyson in early Spring, it was amazing. As time has gone on, it now gives off a sour smell and is unbearable to use., and this is only using at night on the 4 hour timer. The filter is only one third used. On top of that, QVC doesn't have filters so i can try to fix the issue. This purchase was an expensive mistake.
