Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not last. I used this product a few times for back pain, seemed to get some relief but now when I need it again it won’t even come on, not worth the money. Don’t waste your money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It works for me! I watched the presentation and it was sort of an impulse purchase. I figured if it didn't work, I could take advantage of QVC's generous return policy. I've been really happy with the results so far. I've decreased my consumption of OTC pain relievers by quite a bit. Part of me wonders if heating pads wouldn't give me the same results.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A DISAPPOINTMENT! Bought this product in hopes that it would relieve aches and pains. I have used it for a few weeks now and really have not had enough time to evaluate its effectiveness. However, the disappointing fact is that I have been having trouble getting the unit to go on. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. Therefore, I have concluded that it is not working properly, is defective and should be returned. What a shame. My expectation was that it would do as demonstrated. At least, it should have operated better allowing for a longer trial period. Sorry! Not a good purchase.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from sorely disappointed I did not feel arthritic relief: my reason for purchasing the unit. The unit needs velcro so you can actually not hold it while on. Can't read a book while being captive to this unit because you have to hold it on. IF I felt any pain relief I would have made some kind of strap to hold this in place. But, alas, it is being returned. 150 dollars is a lot for something that does work as promised.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Warning Before opening the package and looking at the unit, I read the instruction booklet and the last warning was "do not operate near someone using an oxygen tank or mask". This is something that should have been mentioned in the sales pitch. As I am on oxygen 24/7 , sadly I will be returning the product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This Product is No Good I have back pain and I have tried the Lightstim several times. I have had no relief of the pain from this product. I am returning it today. What a waste of time and money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Expensive for what you get It seems to help mild hip pain. For 30 minutes, it heats up the affected area and you do feel a little better but I don't feel long term relief yet. It would be a lot easier to use if there were a way to be hands free and if the handle were a bit longer. But so far this is helping me and I will continue to use it.
