Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I love my little chopper. I love that you can chop and purée. I made avocado pasta sauce yesterday and I started with the chopper then switched to purée. The lid is not hard to put on at all. You can look at the video if you have a problem as the lady shows how to put it on. Everything clicks together. Today I shredded cheese and chopped walnuts. I got the blue and it is beautiful. Love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love it! I tried this for the first time yesterday and really love it. It chopped two big onions super speedy! I cut them up and stuck some inside, but it worked wonderfully. I'm happy with the purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nice mini chopper, except for lid! OMG! The problem removing the LID has not been exaggerated. I was able to do it once, but after that, I could not figure out how I did it. That instruction booklet was NO HELP AT ALL! I thought putting the unit on the base was going to be the problem so I really paid attention to the hint offered during the presentation. This was no problem doing but putting on and taking off the LID was a problem which I gave up trying to solve. At age 71, I do not need this frustration to prep food. I have osteo-arthritis in my right wrist and my right hand is not large enough to cover the LID to get a good grip which might be part of the problems - just don't know. I do know it was ready to be returned in no time compared to the hour spent trying to figure out how to remove the lid after I had removed it once but could not again. Sure glad I have kept my current mini chopper. Kitchen Aid: if you fix the LID issues I and many purchasers stated was the reason for the return, I would reconsider making a purchase I would keep!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sassy lil' gadget! I just love this mini food processor. As a southern cook, I chop quite a bit of onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic for many of my dishes. This lil gadget makes quick work of preparing those veggies for gumbos and jambalayas! My little granddaughters love to pulse the processor and watch the veggies chop up when we cook together. And the blade is so safely attached. Great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Little Chopper Love the color choices (I got the purple one) from Kitchen Aid. Works well and I've not had any "sticking" with the lids as others have commented about. Try a little oil around the edge to see if that keeps from sticking. Also, what a great idea to have 2 bowls! Makes it a snap to get things done!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Kitchenaid is is becoming very disappointing This mini chopper has a weird lid that is not easy to put together or clean. The lid has a 2 part lid with a gap between layers which you cannot “get to” for cleaning. It’s made very cheaply. The item came in a plain brown box (not Kitchenaid box) I sent it back. I bought this product to replace the other poorly designed Kitchen-aid mini chopper last year as you can’t get the bowl off the stand on that one. Also, my artisan mixer is another cheaply made product. The old beater does not fit the new mixer, The whip is made with a cheap material that turns your hands black (not the original stainless steel whip). I really think Kitchenaid is cutting corners instead of their quality trademark. Not sure I would buy Kitchenaid products anymore as they are not like they used to be. Very disappointed.
