Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can not lie, I HAVE A BIG BUTT, AND I LOVE THIS FANTASTIC, BEAUTIFUL, WELL MADE, VERY EASY YO PUT TOGETHER. IM 72 YR OLD, FINAL STAGE HEART FAILURE, HAVE DUPTRENS CONTRACTURES IN BOTH HANDS. TOOK ME ABOUT 35 MINUTES TO UNPACK AND ASSEMBLE FIRST TIME CORRECTLY WITH ONLY LOOKING AT PHOTOS. TOOK 3 NITROGLYCERINES TO PUSH THE PINS IN! WARNING! IF YOU HAVE NO STRENGTH IN HANDS BE PREPARED TO ASK FOR HELP. I HAVE NO ONE SO I USED BRUTE FORCE AND DETERMINATION. NOTE THE WHEELS DO SNAP ON EASY, HOWEVER, I FOUND I HAD TO ROTATE THE SHAFT BECAUSE THERE IS A WIRE THING ON THE END THAT SLOWED ME DOWN. ONE TURN AND PINK BUTTON SNAPS RIGHT IN. NOTE: LIVE IN FLORIDA AND IT WORKS GREAT IN MY DEEP SUGAR SAND. BREAKS ARE A LITTLE HARD, SURE WILL LOOSEN A LITTLE,can use 2 hands. YES, I WOULD DO IT AGAIN!CANE HOLDER ETC. GREAT. GREAT PRICE! LOVE MY QVC. THANK YOU VERY ADJUSTABLE, EASY:low seat, high handles so my back does not hurt, knees can get up! Heavy getting out of box, care using box cutter, break lines moved in shipping and I almost cut. Cut 3 sides of box for easy removal. I put on outside table so I could sit during assembly without bending down! If you can call a friend. Need to find under seat wire basket to carry my Inogen oxygen and accessories. May have to use Velcro and tie wraps. Cup holder or bottle holder would be nice too. Will try to contact mfr. Or may be in manual that I did not read yet! Blessings linda

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I bought a second one Unlike my standard style rolling walker this one is easy to get into the car. It's lighter weight than regular rollators and folds together sideways so it fits behind the driver's seat as well as the way back. Because the extra carrier bag is soft material it folds too unlike the rigid basket of the standard rollator that has to be removed to fold it. One extra advantage to this style is that if you're using it in a store, for example, with narrow spaces between racks of products, you can make it a bit narrower and it still serves well as a walking support. The seat is surprisingly comfortable. I find the included light pretty useless so scuttled that, and had to glue one end cap that holds the basket into place since it repeatedly came loose when being put into the car. If you expect to be taking the basket pouch off, of course, you wouldn't want to do that, but I never remove mine. No reason to. I like that it holds my purse and the occasional purchase so I can still sit on the seat if I want to. I still use the first one I bought but decided it would be good to have one at my back door as well for trips out onto my large deck, where I have pots for gardening. Whether I'm planting, watering, trimming or harvesting the bounty, it's nice to have the extra security of this walker. Putting it together isn't hard, just takes a few minutes to figure out the pieces. There are useful directions as well. Although it's expensive, a fall would be more so. I greatly value the security this affords which allows me to remain independent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needed To Take Walks Sciatica flare up kept me from my goal of short neighborhood walks. Got the Rose Gold walker. It’s great looking Husband put it together in a few minutes used instructions to do it correctly and figure out where light went etc. one little extra piece ww can’t find a use for!! This is a great piece of equipment. Makes my moms walkers operate like they are from horse & carriage era. I keep playing with it...walking around home, into kitchen etc. should be called the Drive Dream. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DRIVE Rollator I am thrilled with this Rollator. Today I took the longest walk I have in many months. Two thumbs up on this product. Only negative is I was not able to assemble it myself. Had to get a neighbor to do it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use I bought this because it folds together wheel to wheel & it’s easier to put into the back of the car. The complaint I have is it the seat is too low & I’m not able to stand by myself unless they have a cushion on top of the seat, I wish the seat was adjustable so that you could have it to whatever height you need. Also it is very heavy, needs to be 12-14# & with those improvements it would be perfect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding once assembled. Love the side-folding I don't understand why something that folds so compactly can't be shipped pre-assembled. After all, this is a product for someone who is disabled. It took over an hour to assemble mine, consulting the video on QVC and my current rollator before an a very kind, able-bodied person was able to wrangle it together. We still can't figure out where the light goes. Once assembled, this rollator is wonderful. Very sturdy and easy to roll and turn. The seat, while unpadded, is comfortable. It's so light and folds so compactly that I can manage to get it into my car on my own. This new rollator will allow me to get out of the house a lot more often since I can manage to transport it in the car on my own. The large front wheels make it easy to use on different terrain and in snow. The ability to fold it to get through narrow doors and the pedals to tip it up to get it over bumps and door jams are a great feature and greatly adds to the appeal of this rollator. It also folds and unfolds quickly and easily with minimum effort- unlike my previous Drive rollator which required 2 people and lots of effort to pull the locking pin out. Please inform your show hosts and the terribly uninformed "product expert" that NO rollator is to be used as a seat until the brakes are FIRST firmly applied! To attempt to sit on an unbraked rollator is unsafe and could lead to serious injury if the rollator moves while the person is trying to sit down. It's also in every single user manual for every rollator for that very reason. Demonstrating it unbraked for sitting and applying the brakes afterward needs to stop to prevent someone getting injured.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Missing Parts I purchased this item for my sister - it was easy to put together, however, i think it was open previously because there is a paint scratch on the front frame and it is missing the locking caps for the bag. This is what leads me to believe that this was previously used and returned. I like the walker and think it will be work well but very disappointed to purchase something at full price and it is apparently used. I am considering returning it if i can not get the missing parts.
