Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unhappy/Happy! I ordered the Bose sound bar for my flat screen TV. I was excited to receive it! After setting up, I turned on the TV and sound bar and loved the sound. However, after about five minutes, the sound bar POPPED and quit working. I called the Bose Customer Support department and within minutes was told that a new one would be sent to me. WOW...great experience!! I have received the new sound bar and am enjoying a great sound. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love BOSE Solo 5 TV Sound System!!! I recently purchased a new TV, which has good sound, but wanted a little more, without spending a whole bunch of money! This was exactly what I wanted!! The sound is 'crisp' and I can definitely notice a difference in the sound from this versus the TV.

It sounds like sitting in a movie theater, & love that it could also be programmed to use with our TV/satellite.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sending back I'm very disappointed in the way QVC presented this on air. They made it look super easy. As presented, the bar was real easy to hook up. Nothing was ever said about having to set up a remote. That is a nightmare and couldn't get it to work. You have to put a code in and press the + SIGN. COULDNT GET THAT TO WORK. Sending this whole thing back.
