- Net weight 2.25 lbs
- Individually vacuum sealed
- Bring 3- to 4-quarts water to a boil; add pouch to water and reduce heat to low; simmer approximately eight to 10 minutes or until internal temperature of 165F; pouch will be hot
- Arrives within two days of shipment; packaged with dry ice, but may arrive with little to none remaining
