How do I use it: Place the open curler on the top and bottom of bare lashes (as close to the base as possible). Gently squeeze and hold in place a few seconds, then release. Apply two coats of tartelette tubing mascara in an upward motion, pulling through to the tip. Quickly apply a second coat before the first coat dries for the appearance of a lash-extension effect.
