What is it: A customizable complexion corrector infused with tarte's Rainforest of the Sea complex.

Who is it for: Anyone who wants to brighten and help color-correct the appearance of the under-eye area while prepping for flawless concealer application.

Why is it different: Get a custom dose of coverage to instantly illuminate and refresh the look of the under-eye area while seamlessly concealing imperfections. Simply combine the luxurious, multitasking formulas together to achieve your desired level of color and coverage. The included double-ended brush is the perfect application tool to give you a seamless application and blending.

How do I use it: Use before applying your under-eye concealer. The cream is formulated to prep skin for concealer application. Use the plastic spatula end of the brush to apply a pea-sized amount of the white camouflage cream to the back of your hand. Next, open the lid to the corrector and pick up a generous amount of the tinted corrector with the brush, then blend into the camouflage cream on the back of your hand. For more coverage, use more of the tinted corrector, and for less coverage, use less of the tinted corrector. Once you've blended to the desired level of coverage, blend into the under-eye area in a triangle shape.

Rated 5 out of 5 by does what it says! This is not a concealer, it is a corrector- meant to used underneath concealer. It does what it says: makes my concealer go on easily, does not crease or settle into fine lines, makes my undereye area look brighter and feels hydrating. I have the worst dark circles ever and using this paired with my concealer truly makes such a huge difference. To apply, I like to swipe my middle finger on on hand in the corrector cream, then pick up with illuminator with the other middle finger and rub them together to mix before gently applying on my undereye area. I then use the brush to pat it in. Once I blend it, I follow up with concealer. There are other times i apply this, then immediately apply the concealer over and blend it all at once and that works too. I usually like to use a ratio of more corrector than illuminator. Nice job with this little gem, tarte! 02-05-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it! I am surprised at the negative reviews. I love the consistency of the cream and being able to mix the two together gives me perfect coverage and feels wonderful! I would order more but it is out in my shade. 12-01-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not as advertised I'm usually a big fan of tarte but this product was a disappointment. Like the others who have reviewed, the cream in the bottom pot was dried out to a gelatinous blobby mess. The consistency of the concealor was too draggy without the cream. I might have kept it for hiding other dark spots on my face but it was too light for that. Back it goes and I'm out the shipping :( 10-14-15
Rated 2 out of 5 by This went back I purchased this with high hopes, nope... did not work for me. This looked so promising when I watched the video on QVC.com. The application looked smooth and moisturizing, it was not. The actual camouflage cream was hard and thick and even after mixing with the skincare product , and a lot of it I might add, still would not apply smoothly, it dragged and pulled at my under-eye, that might be fine for someone who is not 50 but I cannot have that. I gave it 2 stars because of the treatment cream and the brush. If there had been more of the treatment cream and less camouflage cream I might have kept it and the brush was awesome but the cost was just too high to keep even for the brush and eye treatment. Plus the tarte colors just will not work for me, they are either too light, too orange or too pink to work on my skin color/tone. 10-09-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by Blah... I really wanted to like this but I just can't. I have had this Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Camouflage Cream for about a month now and it does not do a darn thing for me. First of all, it arrived with the white bottom part looking like cottage cheese but since it was still soft I used it. I had a hard time getting the consistancy right when mixing the white stuff and colored cream on top. I think Tarte could of added a measuring device to make sure the consistency is the same all the time. In the end, I scooped out all of the colored cream and mixed it with the white stuff to make sure it was all the same. Although the camouflage cream is creamy, it is some what sheer. I have tried to build the coverage but it creases and makes my eyes looks older than they normally look. I tried using the camouflage cream to cover dark spots and acne. It worked on neither. I also tried to set the cream with powder and it does not work. At first I thought maybe it was the brush, so I tried to use a blender and fingers but neither works. Overall, my personal opinion is this is just poo. The brush I have been using as a blending brush for my eyeshadows and that is working well. I gave this one star because of the brush otherwise it was blah product... 10-06-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by Didn't do anything! I saw absolutely no results with this product. Also, the white part in the bottom container was crumbly, not smooth like it showed on tv. Not worth the price. This seems to be something I would see for $3 at the drugstore. 10-05-15
Rated 3 out of 5 by Made my under eyes look tired I did not think this helped with my dark circles.I returned it 10-03-15
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointing The jury's still out on this. I can't decide if I should just send it back or if it's even worth it. This is NOT a concealer and I'm pretty sure that's stated in the presentation, but they DO say that it's supposed to hydrate the under eye area and make it smoother for concealer. While it does smooth things out, my under eye skin has been much more dry lately to the point where it's bothersome. This also doesn't do anything for dark circle coverage so it's just an added step in my makeup routine and I'm not sure it's worth it. I normally love tarte products, so this is disappointing. 10-01-15
