Whether it's game day or family dinner, this tater tot dish never fails to delight!
Prep Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 10–12
Preheat oven to 325℉.
Coat the bottom and sides of a 13" x 9" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook ground beef and onion in a non-stick skillet over medium high heat for about 8 minutes, until brown. Drain and place in a bowl. Stir in soup, relish, ground mustard, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Place half of the frozen potatoes in a single layer in the baking dish. Spoon beef mixture on top of potatoes. Top with half of the chopped bacon, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, then the remaining potatoes and the rest of the cheese. Bake for 30 minutes, then top with remaining bacon. Bake for another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with chopped scallions.
Optional: drizzle with ketchup before serving.
