Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW!!!! I decided to splurge on this Bose, due to the fact that we are home so much more. I love being home and this makes it even more enjoyable when I can fill our rooms with quality sound at a price that really was affordable when looking at the brand's quality. My CD's sound as if I've gone to a concert. Thanks for this quality product. I'm sure we will enjoy it for years to come in our household.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Missing Bluetooth/Quality Assurance/Control at QVC I purchased this system because it had Bluetooth capability only to open a box with no blue tooth connector cable. When I contacted QVC customer support the first time, they stated they were putting in the request to send me the cable. After a couple weeks went by and had not received the cable, I called QVC back only to find out they do not have any cables. I asked was QVC going to follow-up and to let me know to which the customer service representative responded there was no indication in the system that I was to receive a follow-up call. She then recommended that I contact the BOSE company directly and provided me with their contact number. When I contacted Bose I was placed on hold for a long period of time (greater than 20 minutes) and had to hang up. I called back today and got through to a Bose representative that told me they can't honor that request and do not have any Bluetooth cables to provide. I am not sure what is happening with QVC both with product quality assurance and control, and their customer service and responsibility to consumers. I am now deciding to return the system but more than anything I am so disappointed in their delivery and lack of follow-up. The time wasted (four phone calls) in following up with this situation is exasperating to say the least. I think QVC needs to reminded that we the customers keep you in business.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from WiFi Issues I have an older Bose but bought this newer one because of the WiFi capability. I bought it and was immediately disappointed by the awkward cord with The WiFi connect button. Then I discovered I have to hold the WiFi connect button every time I want to use it. It ought to remember my devices but it doesn’t. It’s a put off to have to connect each time because my unit it across the room. It’s nice once it starts. Bose sounds is good.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Blue Tooth Terrible Quick delivery by QVC. Radio part worked pretty good. But one of the main reasons we bought it was to use the bluetooth portion. Sound quality was terrible. We tried my phone using iTunes and my wife's phone using YouTube and got the same results. I went ahead and returned it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bluetooth I too received it without a Bluetooth. After at least 7 phone calls (1 to Bose) I am waiting to see if Corporate is going to respond to an email QVC sent. QVC should send us a Bluetooth from Bose no matter the cost. They did have it recently for $599. All of a sudden it’s gone?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from NOT AS DESCRIBED!!! BEWARE! I ordered this and believe it to be a great price. But just like other reviews There is No Bluetooth Receiver!! Called qvc they said call Bose. Bose said there's nothing they sell like the small round Receiver!! I did look while talking to Bose reps and saw what the system would look like if it had bluetooth receiver. What a rip off!!! Qvc is advertising and demonstrating things that you will Never Receive!!! There's NO BLUETOOTH RECEIVER INCLUDED! QVC'S FAULT NOT BOSE!! SHAME ON YOU QVC!!!!! YOU LIE TO CUSTOMERS!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bose Haven’t opened the box yet. I live on 15 acres and my driveway is half a mile from my house. I’m a QVC regular for many years I can Home today and no Bose. My son lives on the property next to us and come home about 7pm and come straight to my house with the Bose under his arm he told me it was at the road right beside our trash can. He said I got it before someone else did. Never has an order been left on the main road and I wouldn’t have thought they would leave something in a clearly marked Bose box on the road. How would I explain that I never got it when they say it was delivered?? Maybe signature required would help. I understand it’s not QVC’ s fault but darn. I’m bains my one star on the shipping method they use
