Scent Faded
Why does the scent fade on this formula?? It used to linger very subtly which is why I loved it. Now it’s gone as soon as you dry off. AND what happened to the shampoo and conditioner??? Bring it back please!

Bring Back The SCENT!!
I bought this in the past & LOVED IT!! A nice soapy smell. Nothing to overwhelming. I work with the public & from time to time people would say how nice I smelled. Fast forward to Dec 2019, I purchased a new bottle & was so excited. Sure it smells the same in the shower but quickly fades & does NOT last. Same with the perfume. I am so disappointed. A christmas gift to me and it is NOT the same. Sure, I kept it & enjoy the VERY BRIEF smell of it but unless you like to reapply your perfume all throughout the day, SKIP THIS PURCHASE!! I CANCELLED my auto-delivery. QUALITY CONTROL.......STEP UP & FIX THIS!!! THIS IS NOT THE SAME FORMULA THAT I PURCHASED & LOVED FROM YEARS AGO!!

Why all the changes? Where is the hair conditioner? No lasting sent. Why would you change a product that was working so well?

Love this product, please change the preservative!
I love the smell, lather and performance of this product. However, I am allergic to Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone....the preservatives used in it. They cause me to break out in a rash that resembles the plague. I can not use it. Please, Please, change the preservative you use to something that is NOT a common cause of allergic reactions. I am begging Philosophy to change just the preservatives in the formula. I really miss this product.

What is going on with philosophy?
Fell in love with philosophy thru amazing grace and pure.... these formulas have definitely been changed ....they both fade as soon as you dry yourself off !!!!!
Please bring back the original formulas !!!!!! IN MEGA SIZE SHOWER GELS IF YOU BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FORMULA !!
AND PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH NUDE ROSE ...IT IS A BEAUTIFUL FRAGRANCE. PLEASE BRING NUDE ROSE SHOWER GEL IN MEGA SIZE ...

What Happened????
I have been purchasing Philosophy products for many years from QVC and also from department stores. My favorite has always been Pure Grace. Received a very defective Pure Grace Shower gel today. No scent whatsoever and zero lather. No, I haven’t lost my sense of smell. Very disappointed.

Love the Product Not the Price & Ship Fees
I have been buying Pure Grace Shower Gel at QVC for several years. Now Walmart offers it at a better price and FREE shipping (over $35 order which two 16 oz bottles of Pure Grace is $40). So i save $4 on the shower gel and another $3.50 PER BOTTLE in shipping fees. Love the product; smells so clean. I just cannot afford QVC outrageously high shipping fees when they are already charging more for the product than other retailers. Their method of PER ITEM shipping rates really adds up; you put 5 items in your cart and before you know it you are being charged $25 to ship one order. I guess they have to cover their hosts million dollar salaries somehow...

Not Meant For Me!
The Philosophy Line seems to work well for others; however, it's not meant for me. I recently had to return the “Purity One-Step Facial Cleanser” because it left my face feeling tight, dry with itchy red blotches; and the “Pure Grace Luminous Body Creme” because it left my skin feeling and looking dry. I like my toiletries to be of the same product line, so I also ordered the “Grace Shower Gel,” which arrived today, after I had already used and returned the facial cleanser and body creme. Considering my skin's reaction to those items, I am returning the shower gel, unopened.
