tarte's creaseless concealer is a full-coverage, creamy concealer that covers the appearance of dark circles, hyperpigmentation, and redness with the appearance of a natural-looking radiant finish. Formulated with vitamin C, vitamin, E and mineral pigments. This concealer is waterproof, dermatologist-tested, and is ready to help hydrate your under eyes for up to 16 hours.
How do I use it: Use less than you think you need; a little goes a long way! For covering the appearance of dark circles, apply one swipe of concealer to the inner half of the under-eye area, focusing on where the darkness is, then blend outward. For concealing the look of redness, apply directly to any red or discolored areas, then blend outward.
