Lightweight and comfortable on the lips, Legendary Lip Oil provides richly tinted, delectable color and shine in one smooth swipe. A true multitasker, it provides the benefits of a balm with buildable color and the high-shine finish of a gloss.
How do I use it: Apply lip oil with the jumbo doe-foot wand applicator. Start in the center of the upper lip following the contours of the mouth. Then, glide across the entire bottom lip. It can be applied to bare lips or layered over your favorite lip color or liner.
