An essential in every eye artist's toolbox, this tried-and-true Lash Star Pure Pigment Kohl Liner creates all the stroke styles you need. It draws on smooth and creamy for crisp, bold lines, and blends easily with the smudge tip for sexy, smoky eyes. It delivers a powdery, smoky finish that's intensely pigmented with a rich black payoff. Its creamy texture allows for maximum comfort and easy-glide application.

How do I use it: Use the pencil end to line the eye. If desired, use the soft blender on the opposite end to blend out for a gorgeous smoky eye. Safe for use in the waterline.
