Prime Time Hydrate & Glow Primer is an ultra-light serum primer that helps provide the skin's hydration and boosts the appearance of glow for a soft, radiant finish.

How do I use it: Apply a small amount to your entire face after skin care and allow primer to dry down before foundation.
