Rated 1 out of 5 by from Power Cord/Charging system is a joke I actually bought 4 of these and if you move the cord while being plugged in, it will bend the connector and will never charge again!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked well for about a year. Now it won't charge. It worked pretty well for about a year, despite the laborious setup. I usually kept it plugged in when using, but occasionally would use it unplugged until it let me know it needed charging. The battery life was not that long, no more than a few hours. The last time I tried to charge it, the unit would keep telling me the battery was low before shutting off after only a minute. Like most everyone else, I tried using a different plug, then a different cord. Nothing would resolve the issue. Now it's nothing more than a paperweight. It wasn't a bad speaker when it worked.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turns itself off I bought this speaker about a year ago. It works pretty good, but lately when I listen to the radio, it turns itself off. It is plugged in, so there is no battery problem. Another thing it does is that when I give a command, Alexa says "I can't understand you right now" and the light ring is red. Very irritating. After it was off 2 minutes, I turned it back on, and it again turned itself off. Not impressed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible. I received this as a Christmas present recently, and when I saw how much it was I was surprised, and expecting a good product, especially when it had Alexa. But only after about two weeks, the charging port came apart completely, and the interface that has this, with the power and button options, made of cheap plastic was easily moved around to show that A.), It was poorly made and adhered with basically nothing, and B.), The charging port was the same way. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Don't purchase this as a gift, or for yourself, you'll regret it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Older Bluetooth speaker Not made to last. Let me explain... I was given these Bluetooth speakers about 3-4 years ago. Not bad use you say? Well they were in the box for about two years and I only got them out late in 2016. It slowly started losing their charge then suddenly last month would not show any power no matter which port I charged or how long I powered it. An electronic device should last more than 2 years with periodic use (not continual) IMO.
