iHome Bedside Bluetooth Clock Speaker w/ AmazonAlexa is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 79.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money Had problems with this thing since I got it. And now it refuses to connect to the WiFi. I’ve updated the app and that didn’t fix anything. I regret this purchase go get a speaker from another brand

Rated 2 out of 5 by from IAVS16 I had 1 iavs16 for a week and decided to get another one because I liked it. After just 3 weeks of having both there are many times where Alexa won't respond, does something else, or tunes to something else. There is some type of whistling sound for a few seconds after both of them turn off too. Both of them have the latest update too. I just found out about the not compatible features for voice and multi-room too! I expected more from something at this high price!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked great and started to slow down I got this iHome Alexa about two years. My whole house has Alexa dots everywhere. Love them. However, this iHome was working pretty well. It would get a little haywire every so often (as anything techy does). We would disconnect and restart. Unfortunately for the last couple of months, it has slowed down severely. I say “Alexa” and it take about 5 full seconds to actually respond versus my dots where I can speak the command right away. The voice is choppy. I don’t even play music anymore because it’s so choppy. I keep checking for firmware but nothing. I’ve restarted it. Nothing. Disconnected and reconnected nothing. So initially awesome idea. I love being able to see the time and weather. I love being able to set an alarm with a command. But the slowness of it - absolute killer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from iABS16 I am happy with the iAVS16. The alarm and music selections are great. The system plays songs based on my previous selections. The only problem I have is that on a few occasions the displayed time changes and I have a problem changing it to the right time. I go to the time zone selections but that does not help. This happens infrequent and I have a difficult time getting it correctly. What is the best way to correct the displayed time ? The alarm seems to work on the correct time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked Great Until latest Firmware Update This product would have received a rating of 5 until I updated the firmware a few weeks ago. I had contacted customer service because my clock suddenly would no longer connect to wifi. When the latest FW became available, I updated the firmware and it fixed the wifi connection issue but the performance of Alexa is severely diminished now. Alexa is now slow to respond, often does not hear or understand a command, and there are occasional clicking noises that were not there before. The clock will go in the trash if these issues can't be fixed.
