• Hotel accommodations at The Desmond Hotel for a 1 night stay.
• Tips & Taxes: your package includes taxes and gratuity for hotel and meals included in the package.
• Meals: dinner on 7/26, breakfast, lunch and dessert bar on 7/27.
• Admission to all planned events.
• Meal with QVC Program Host.
• QVC behind-the-scenes experience.
• Live Studio Audience Show at QVC Studio Park.

 WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE:

• Transportation of any kind. Transportation, car service and rental cars to and from the airport, train station and hotel.
• Insurance of any kind.
• Laundry service.
• Phone calls.
• Beverages and meals not listed as included.

WEEKEND PACKAGE ITINERARY (tentative):
Saturday, July 26th
Dinner at QVC Studio Park

• Enjoy a fine dining experience that transforms philosophy's intoxicating scents into a delicious meal.
• Join a QVC Program Host in QVC's Atrium to watch philosophy's Saturday evening broadcast.
• Explore and test a multitude of philosophy products.
• Indulge in a philosophy-themed dessert bar and interact with the philosophy team.

Behind-the-scenes Tour at QVC Studio Park

• If you want to see what it takes to pull off a QVC broadcast, then this tour is for you. Get a backstage pass to the inner workings of our studio and check out what we do to bring you the products you know and love.

Shopping in the QVC Studio Store and Sample Shop

• The Studio Store features a brand-new selection of QVC's most popular brands and products. The QVC Sample shop features an ever-changing mix of apparel, beauty, shoes and accessories at bargain prices. Come join us if you are looking for a great deal on some limited merchandise selections and sizes.

• Take one more opportunity to mix with your philosophy friends before becoming part of the live QVC broadcast.

• The weekend wraps with a live QVC broadcast celebrating philosophy's 15 years of sending the message, "Believe in Beautiful You!"

RESERVATIONS:
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Please inform QVC at the time of your reservation of any special dietary needs you may have. We make every attempt to accommodate dietary requests throughout the weekend but cannot guarantee that all courses will comply with specific requests. Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. QVC reserves the right to change the itinerary and/or cancel the tour at its discretion. Please note that The Desmond Hotel is a non-smoking facility.

IF YOU MUST CANCEL:
A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is received at least 15 days before the scheduled event; please consult the Refund Schedule for breakdown. Unfortunately no refunds can be made for cancellations received less than seven (7) days before the scheduled event.

REFUND SCHEDULE:
At least 15 days prior to event (July 11, 2014 or before) - 100% refund
7-14 days prior to event (July 12 to July 19, 2014) - 50% refund
Less than 7 days prior to event (After July 19, 2014) - 0% refund

ELIGIBILITY:
Children under the age of 6 are ineligible for this package.

Children 6-17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
