Q: How often should I use the NuFACE device?
A: We recommend that you use the device at least five days a week for the first 90 days, then 2–3 days a week to maintain results.

Q: How much current will I feel?
A: The current you'll feel is a microcurrent, a low-level current that's very soothing and relaxing. You may feel a slight tingling sensation in certain areas. Facial sensitivity varies from individual to individual. You can lower or raise the intensity during any segment of the treatment.

Q: How long does one treatment take?
A: One basic treatment takes five minutes a day. However, you may use the device every day for up to 20 minutes.

A: No. Your skin should be clean and free of any makeup or moisturizer. Use an oil-free cleanser and NuFACE serum (optional) to prep your skin for treatment.

A: The Gel Primer is specifically formulated to help microcurrent treatments deliver optimal results. While it may look and feel similar to other gels, its combination of ingredients makes it unique and effective.

Q: How do I use the Gel Primer?
A: It's important to use it on clean skin. Makeup, creams, and oil-based products act as barriers and hinder the effectiveness of the microcurrent.

Step 1: Cleanse your face with a water-based cleanser.
Step 2 (optional): Apply a NuFACE serum.
Step 3: Liberally apply the Gel Primer to the treatment area.
Step 4 (post treatment): Gently remove the Gel Primer with a warm, damp washcloth and apply your favorite moisturizer.

Tips: We recommend that you apply the Gel Primer to one half of your face at a time or to specific treatment areas in order to ensure the optimal use of the product. If the Gel Primer becomes dry, reactivate it with Optimizing Mist or apply more gel.

Q: Why do some of the red LED lights look like they're not on?
A: Some of the LED lights are infrared and not visible to the naked eye.

Q: What can I do to maintain my results?
A: Once you've achieved your desired results, you can continue to use the Wrinkle Reducer as needed following the instructions in the manual.

Q: Can I use my favorite antiaging creams or serums with my LED Wrinkle Reducer?
A: Yes, you can.

Q: Why does the Trinity Wrinkle Reducer flash?
A: It flashes when it's in use to increase the efficacy of the treatment. The flash treatment is unique to NuFACE.

Q: Is my device still working if it flashes and then turns off?
A: The LED lights flash and illuminate four times when you turn on your device. The lights only illuminate when they're in direct contact with your face. When you remove the device from your face, the lights turn off until they come in contact with your skin again.

Q: What can I do if I don't like the flashing lights?
A: If you're sensitive to the lights, you can wear goggles. You can purchase them from your local drugstore.

Q: Do I have to apply the treatment for a full 21 minutes?
A: A full-face treatment is 21 minutes; however, you can choose target areas to treat. If you're treating a target area, such as your forehead, the treatment would only be three minutes.
