The Liquid Eyeliner in Black Pearl with the brush tip applicator and rich black pigment is easy to use with long-lasting wear.

How do I use it: Use the #207 Liner side of the Highlighter Brush (angled edge) in the shadows to line, create defined contours, and fill in brows. Use Highlighter side (tapered dome) in the lighter and warm tones to blend and smooth the crease area, leaving no hard edges. Note: Use the brush pouch to store and protect your brush.

The Liquid Eyeliner in Black Pearl applies like a tattoo-making calligraphy pen. The brush tip--not a felt tip--will ensure an easy, precise application. It's controlled release, so you always get just the right amount.

Shake the Liquid Eyeliner before each use to get full pigment. Hold the liner parallel to your lash line. Apply close to the lash line, almost touching the lashes. If your hands are shaky, apply as minimal dots all along your eye line. As you get to the outside of your eye, create a slight swoop, like a feathering upwards, to create a cat eye. Applying a dark shadow, like the brown or green shadow, over the liner will give it a smoky look.
