How do I use it: Swirl a small amount of loose shadow in the cap with an eye shadow brush. Tap away any excess. Buff onto your eyelids in a sweeping motion. Blending is key -- use a fluffy blending brush (not included) to diffuse colors together until there are no obvious lines.
