A big help around the house
I have a dog that sheds a lot and Bobi has been a great help to me. It makes such a big difference with the every day upkeep of my floors and saves me so much time. It’s amazing how much hair and dust this picks up when I go to empty the dust bin. I had an issue with one of the wheels which was taken care of very promptly by customer service. Customer service is so helpful and is the definition of above and beyond. I will definitely remain a customer!

Makes more of a mess than cleans!!!
I purchased this at Christmas for my wife. We have dogs and children and found ourselves vacuuming almost daily. For something that is supposed to ease the chore of vacuuming or allowing you to multi-task. It does quite the opposite. First off, I can let this go downstairs in my house with obstacles and cords put away. It will always find something to get stuck on. You are upstairs or outside and think its downstairs cleaning, when really its been stuck for 30 minutes and the battery is drained. It gets stuck on every rug, sucks up every cord (lamp cords, cell phone cords, anything left out loose). It has knocked over our lamp and broken the bulb, it knocks over the dog bowls that are in actual holders, spilling water and food everywhere, it knocks over plants, kitchen chairs, everything! The cleaning when it actually runs is decent. But the pattern is terrible. It will go in a straight line then just randomly take off to another part of the house, leaving a large area uncleaned. It literally looks like my 4 year old spun around on the carpet when its done--- not that nice vacuumed look.... It does not sync to the charging dock, every time we have to pick it up and put it on the charger. It can be right beside the station and I hit "juice" on the remote, and it literally goes circles in the house searching. I have to use the remote for quick cleanup when the kids are in bed because a regular vacuum is too loud. But it was actually much easier to just vacuum the house myself. Not to mention, 2 motors have gone out on it so far, Bobi Customer service was good to us and sent them free of charge. But this vacuum is NOT worth the money. Spend a little more and get something you've actually heard of!!! I am not being petty, just honest. I am extremely disappointed with this product and the money we spent.

Not very smart
Works ok does a good job vacuuming but hates any type if throw rug. Constantly gets stuck on small table legs. Has trouble finding where to return to its base.

bObi is my favorite family member!
I have had Bobi for over a year now, and I cannot think of anything negative to say about her except that I should have had Bobi in my life sooner! There are many features I love. The sleek design of Bobi not only looks good, but it allows Bobi to go under my furniture with ease. Will Bobi get stuck? From time to time my kids will leave their socks in the most random places and Bobi will try to eat them. When this happens Bobi stops and alerts me to her location so I can remove the sock and send her back on her way. Bobi has such an interesting way of sweeping. Somehow, Some way, She gets every inch of my house without me having to maneuver anything for her. I even have her set up on a nightly sweep so that I don’t have to remember to wake her up and make her clean (unlike my 3 kids). Bobi is also great around my Dog and Cat. At first they were curious, but after 3 minutes of Bobi doing her thing, they got over it and accepted our new family member. Again, I have owned Bobi for over a year, recently I had an issue with the battery life. This ended up being the easiest fix in the world! The BobSweep family was prompt in helping me diagnose the problem, and they shipped me a brand-new battery for FREE. As soon as the battery arrived, I preformed open heart surgery which ended up being just a few screws and a quick snap together of cords. During my conversations with the BobSweep family, they were kind, knowledgeable, prompt, and checked up on my Bobi to ensure we were once again a happy and HEALTHY family!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS!!
What a disappointment this machine was! These great reviews from people that have shedding pets must have been fake! The collection canister is as big as a soda can and filled up with hair in less than 2 minutes and never could find her way back to "home base". Don't let the on air demonstration fool you like it did me.

I wanted to love this item
I watched several review videos before deciding on the Bobi pet vac. When I received the vacuum, I knew that the company cared about the presentation of its product. It was beautifully packaged and even included a born on date. I immediately fell in love with the Bobi, and of course I gave it a name. However, the Bobi was no match for the pet hair. I have a Border Collie-St. Bernard mix and a Great Pyrenees. To be truthful, I am not sure any one vacuum can handle this much pet hair. I have a Shark, a Dyson, and a Eufy and it takes all three of them, and I still have to vacuum twice a day. It looks like a skien of yarn when I empty out my vacuum. I returned it. Had I realized I would only get half back, I would have given the Bobi to a friend who would have enjoyed it.

Not too smart
While it is good at the dreaded pet hairs, this machine can’t find its way out of a 4 legged dining chair, just whirs and goes back and forth or makes circles in place. If I have to rescue it w/the remote or physically save it, then it’s really not all that convenient. Very disappointed.
