Yuneec 4K RTF Drone in Alumi Trolley Case and Steadygrip is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely Satisfied I purchased my Yuneec Typhoon about three months ago. I've flown it about two dozen times now, and every time I fly it, I seem to have more fun each time. I think it has to do with becoming braver with an expensive drone. OK, first off... Easy setup and take-off out of the box. I'm not new to drones, so that might be why. I love the case. It's not bulletproof, but it does well for protecting the quad. It came with several extras like the steady cam, which I have not used yet. I found instructions to be somewhat limited on the camera and transmitter settings. I spent a little time on YouTube learning how to change camera settings and using the many features of the transmitter since the instructions were kind of lame. This thing is a treat to fly. So smooth and has altitude and coordinate hold via GPS making it an amazing camera platform. The 3 axis gimbal provides a super steady video with varying resolution settings. I choose the lower 1080P which is still phenomenal quality. I wish I had a computer that could handle the 4k video, but until then... The 1080 is perfect. The way I see the Typhoon is that it is the Cadillac of drones where the DJI is the Ferrari. Each has its purpose for certain users. I for one love the Typhoon for it's smooth flying and amazing camera. The downsides of this drone is that it is big.... Really big! It i much more prone to winds than the DJI. I also find that DJI has more thrust that makes it a better machine when dealing with higher winds. I don't care about that though as I don't usually fly in winds above 10 mph and the Typhoon can do what I need it to do... be a very stable and reliable camera platform that is fun to fly! Lastly battery performance... The Typhoon came with two batteries that boast a 25 minute flight time. I noticed that my flight time was about 16-17 minutes on each battery. I was however shooting video as I always do when flying. I was concerned until recently I started flying without video constantly running and took stills instead. I noticed that my flight time was darn close to 25 minutes. I hope that Yuneec does find a way to make video less of a resource hog. You lose about 6-7 minutes of battery running video. I guess you gotta choose your battles though. Overall.... Great machine!!! I would definitely recommend this to others. Matt

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor customer service and product This drone was 500.00 it arrived with NO instructions, a dent in the case it was missing the SD card and had alchalyne batteries installed instead of required rechargeable, batteries if you attempt to recharge them it will cause a FIRE. The company does not answer the phone, it has been a terrible buying experience. I cant even fly it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PROFESSIONAL DRONE AT LOW PRICE I am filming my first independent production and wanted a drone. I bought a racing drone prior to this one, and watched it fly away into outer space. This drone will follow you; even return to the gps position of the transmitter if there is a problem. As another added feature, at the push of a button, this thing will return to you and land itself! This thing will also go 300 - 400 feet in the air, depending on the mode you fly with. "Smart Mode" also makes this thing fool proof. Great drone.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OBVIOUSLY HAS BEEN USED OR REFURBISHED!! I bought this spending nearly $1000 on it and when it got here, the transmitter said it had over 2 hours of usage logged on it and I had yet to even use it yet. Also the case it came with had scuffs and a layer of fine dirt on it. Didnt come with ANY warranty or registration papers either. NOT TOO PLEASED!
