Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a good product When I received the bike I had to send it back, and was sent another one. Then I got the second bike, and it worked for a few days even though I was sent rusty parts. I went out of town for a week and came back. All the electronics stopped working. I would not recommend this bike at all, and probably no bikes from this company.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stripped pedals I had to call the manufacturer to get a new arm and crank arm, then when it finally came I had to go on amazon to order a pulley puller just to put the parts on after watching a YouTube video on how to fix, because QVC would not come get it, with out the box, they wanted me to go get another box and take it apart again

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good quality bike When the bike arrived the box was damaged quite a bit but not so surprising because I had read some of the other reviews regarding this issue and the weight of the bike is quite heavy. I took pictures in case there were any parts missing or damaged but no damage & all parts were intact. It took my husband about two hours to put together. The seat has a lot of adjustments for different heights so at 5'2" I had no problem in finding the right one. The pedals move very smoothly & it is very quiet. Even though the seat is big I find it to be uncomfortable--it's just a flat piece of covered foam--no molding--so that's why I took off one star. I haven't tried the programs yet because I had a knee replaced & just not ready for that aspect of it yet. I wouldn't recommend as a gift unless that person was certain that this is the bike for them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this bike! Today is 03/02/16, I received it yesterday. My 31 yr old son put it together in 3 hours. I got this for the family to use and we are all different sizes, and it fits all of us fine. I have bad knees, back and had a hip replacement. I can even use it...This bike is very comfortable, the cushions are wide and thick. And it is very quiet you cannot even hear it running. It took me a week to decide which bike I wanted to buy, even tho this one had a few bad reviews, I decided to get this one and am I glad I did. Like I said it fits all sizes of our family. If your thinking about this one, order it you will not be disappointed....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from USED BIKE The bike I received It was obviously a return....The box was not sealed it was open & appeared to be used. I took pictures & returned it the same day. I did reorder the bike hopefully I will get a new unopened package so I don't have to return it and go elsewhere

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Received Defective Bike I called before I ordered this to make sure I would receive a factory new item and not a QVC returned item. However, that's exactly what I received. It was apparent that someone had tried to assemble the bike - the seat was scratched and half of the hardware was missing. I was told to ship it back but the original shipping box was heavily damaged in shipment. I spent $30 of my own money locating a box suitable for a return shipment. I hope I can get refunded from QVC for this! What a frustrating experience!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very comfortable! Well, I guess it has to be pretty easy to assemble, I'm 70 yrs. old and slow, so it took me about five hours to put it together. I purchased it because I need to keep my joints moving so I can stay mobile in the Winter. I get pretty stiff if I can't move a lot. The seat in quite comfortable, sits high enough I don't have to worry about being able to stand and sit without difficulty and I don't have to step high to get over a bar etc. to set down on it. One of the reviews said there wasn't a seat adjustment, but there is. It's on the right side under the seat. The seat and peddles set far enough apart that I can stretch my legs out completely as I peddle. That's important to me. The seat and back rest are well cushioned and wide like a kitchen chair.and don't hurt my tail bone. My only complaint is I ordered this new, but someone tried putting it together before, because there are a lot of screws missing that hold the side panels on and there were screws and parts already in place that shouldn't have been. The cover on the back of the seat was busted. I'm going to have to call for replacements and I don't like having to wait for them.
