Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bike Seat 1st off, the packaging when it arrived was horrendous. I'm just glad the actual bike wasn't broken. 2nd, once assembled and tightened the seat kept popping up and down. Accommodation for larger behinds would be nice. Major let down. I was really hopping this bike would be perfect but unfortunately fell very short.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from DESTROYED This bike arrived on time but was destroyed. The packaging showed obvious signs of mishandling during shipping. The package was left at the door so we were not able to refuse delivery. Every step of the unpackaging process we took pictures. Each layer revealed more and more damage. The frame, which is constructed of tough tubular metal, was bent. There were scratches everywhere, and most of the plastic pieces were just that...pieces. It looked as though the package was dropped from a very high point to cause so much damage so I will put the blame on the shipping company. QVC was quick to authorize a return, as they always are. Although the bike has been received by QVC a refund has yet to be issued.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase Quick Delivery., called Tech support and service manager came out the next day., easy set. Up. Great Service ., Completely satisfied., Very enjoyable comfortable ride., and very quiet . Been riding daily since I got it. Recommend to all.
