Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, Especially For Great, especially for the price and easy pays. Smooth, multiple resistance levels, and compact with enough range of motion.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from First QVC purchase a huge disappointment I ordered this eliptical to help shed some pounds from covid and with the winter coming I'm staying out of the gym. I didnt expect the same quality as the gym but this eliptical might last a week if that. The handles slide while trying to use the eliptical and that was after it taking me 3 hours to finally get it together. I thought it was missing screws and bolts, but most of the piece's were already screwed into the proper location which was very nice! The assembly went well until I had to put on the arms. They should label the screws because they all looked the same on the installation guide. I tried calling xterra and no one answered the phone. I am so angry I wasted my money on this and disappointed in my first purchase with QVC.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Squeaky, but gets the job done. This is neat, little elliptical. It checks the boxes I wanted: 1.) gets a stride in my workout 2.) compact 3.) relatively quiet and 4.) all that without the hefty price tag. Let's set expectations. You will not see this at a gym. This is not the thousand dollar flagship commercial model. You are not gaming the system by getting a flagship's features, reliability, quiet operation, style, or frustration-free use out of a budget machine. What you get for the budget machine: You also get a compact machine. I live in an apartment slightly larger than my body. It's also relatively quiet. Don't get me wrong. This unit makes noise. I would be concerned that my neighbors hear the operation. They have subwoofers and blast music in their cars. Why does mechanical noise break the camel's back? You also get workout routines, variable resistance, and forward-backward functionality which is nice. Stride to your heart's content. My blood pressure is in check regardless of who says what is open. What you missed by not paying for the flagship: Mainly your time and effort. Any reputable company would at least offer expert assembly. You get a heavy box at your door. Expect a ~90lb box. Find a friend to team lift. Set aside 20 minutes for unpacking, and an hour for assembly. The styrofoam likes to fragment. Factor in five minutes for cleanup. Give it another ten minutes to tinker and tighten things. Do keep track of the screws. You don't get many replacements. Also wear gloves. The pins come pre-lubricated and you don't want that absorbing into your skin. I said the unit makes noise. If you have neighbors and don't want to be a total pest, maybe it affects your workout. The other reviews are accurate, albeit imprecise. This thing makes specific noises for me. First, right off the bat, the flywheel has a noticeably thump. The pedal hits a switch in the housing with every revolution. Deep thumps = transmitted noise. Rubber mats should dampen that. Second, see the handles leading down the pedals? Those have a ~1/2 inch gap that exposes the pin. If you step forward, the handles will slide ever so slightly to the right or left. The plastic cover for the handle clacks into the center column. If you do that forcefully, you can get a nice thud. Finally, a few days into operation the center column will squeak and squawk. The metal about two to three inches from the base does it. It doesn't affect operation yet. It's annoying. It makes me wonder if a higher price would have bought something more enjoyable as opposed to merely functional. Also, it makes me concerned that's a failure point. If the middle column breaks loose mid stride, we have problems beyond money down the drain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Quality! I always read reviews first..the reviews for this weren't very believing. It seemed as though women buying this havent ever used 1 before or didnt have help to put it together properly. Ellipticals have always been my go to machine at the gym and now being basically scared to enter a gym ive decided to buy my own equipment. Compared to a $3000 machine its impressive. EXTREMELY STURDY! No noise's at all very smooth. Level 1 is the same as a level 6 on the gym machine's and it isnt battery operated! It is actually powered to a wall plug! Has all the items you'd expect on the display. Im so happy and cant believe the cost for such a quality piece of equipment. The box is 130 pound's so UPS needed my husbands help carrying it or we wouldve had to pick it up at UPS. So be aware on the day of your delivery someone be home to avoid picking it up at UPS. This is not a machine for older women or a single woman that has never put 1 together before as my husband put it together for me and took him 3 hours

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never again! The box came busted open. The styrofoam was all busted and everything was stuck together with matted gobs of tape. Once I finally got the pieces free from the box, I started the process. The instructions leave a lot of guess work and my power cord doesn't fit. I called qvc and got a high call volume message so I tried xterra and got the same thing. I have no idea how to put the arms on this thing or who to get a hold for a new power cord. No idea what it operates like because I am stuck at this point! If I didn't have to undo the rest of my work to get it shipped back I would in a heart beat!
