Rated 4 out of 5 by from solid purchase I am reading every ones commit and I feel bad. but I don't agree with what they are saying. yes the remote does tweak sometimes and I have had issues with connecting to my wifi (at times). but on the other hand it is a good purchase. quality is good rarely have problems with any of the apps I download on the TV. if I had to go back and do it all again I would. I don't regret my purchase at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst TV ever!!!!! TV picture goes black multiple times daily, still has sound. You have to shut the TV off and restart, then same thing happens again. Called Westinghouse customer service they gave directions to do re-boot twice and again nothing has worked. Each time we call its more directions for re-boot. Next step they advised they will send paperwork to create claim then will review it. Customer service is huge runaround. Will never purchase a Westinghouse TV again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Remote is not good, The picture on the TV is beautiful, but the remote is terrible. I placed the TV in my bedroom and do not turn it off most of the time. The remote has been a challenge from the beginning, and now it does not work at all. The remote does not work when I am in the bed, so I have to get up to turn the TV on and off, which is very inconvenient in the morning when I awaken or at night when I want to watch TV in bed. I want to give this TV away but will definitely buy another one - no one wants this one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy The tv arrived with a burnt out pixel. The remote connected to the tv thru Bluetooth and always had issues connecting. Now the remote doesn’t work at all. The manual buttons dont work so I Can’t reset the tv or log out of my google or Netflix account. The shipping company was supposed to pick up the tv last night to be returned and was a no show, but that’s a separate issue.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible purchase This is probably the worst purchase I have made from QVc. This Tv has more issues than anything I ever bought, I'm actually trying to just get rid of it. It never connects to the internet, forget about watching Netflix, Hulu etc. I was already disappointed I was unable to sign into Amazon, but why have a TV that doesn't even sign into the apps that are already in the TV itself. All of my other TV's in the house don't have any issues and this one never works. It freezes, randomly shuts off, won't connect to apps and even disconnects from my direct tv or freezes. It has been more of a hassle than an asset. I wish I've never purchased it. Waste of money.
