Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saves my color I love this stuff! I've been using it for years. For people who say it leaves your hair flat, oily, etc., they're not using enough. I've tried skimping on it myself because it's not cheap. Not using enough of this will leave your hair flat and greasy. The main reason I use this is for my color. I dye my hair teal and this stuff is definitely worth it because I don't have to dye my hair as often. The last time I had my hair dyed was just before Christmas and the color is still vibrant enough that I still get a ton of compliments. When I run out and use the so called shampoo for color, I can see lots of color washing away, even after a few months. No color comes out with this except a little bit when my hair is freshly died.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Back to Wen I used Wen for about 10 years then decided it was just too expensive and found other product I liked. Have since gone back since I cannot get my hair cut due to Covid. It is a great product and thanks to QVC, I have been able to find it cheaper. I also really like that I don't have to sign up to have it sent on a regular basis like Wen website requires. Will be more apt to keep using it this way.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from too much accumulated I had bought these on auto delivery, but I tried to cancel them and am still receiving them. I realize these are extreme times but don't need any more shampoo, please try to take care of this. Thank you so much, this is not a review just a request that I cant get answered.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Cleansing Shampoo I have been using Wen for about 10 years. I became allergic to most commercial shampoos. I also switched shampoo and conditioners regularly like most people tend to do. I have straight fine to medium hair texture that used to be pretty thick in my teenage days. In the 10 years I have been using Wen my hair has ranged from almost waist length to a bob and all in between. I don’t usually color my hair so it is considered pretty healthy before Wen although I had a fair amount of breakage. IMO you don’t need a ton of this product. I wash my hair everyday and a bottle lasts me about a month. I use between 5-7 pumps depending on how long my hair is at the moment. I still use the old directions that Wen used to put on the bottles. Here is what I do: wet hair thoroughly at your normal shower water temp. I used 3 pumps for my scalp. Massage it in, add a little water massage some more, rinse it out. Use 3 more pumps just on the bottom half of hair, rub it in, comb it, clip it up for 2-5 min. Rinse with lukewarm to cool water. Do not let past claims of hair loss due to Wen discourage you. I personally think people let it sit on their scalps too long and use too much on their scalps. I have never had an issue with hair loss with Wen, in fact I experienced the opposite. Here are the Pro’s I have experienced in the years I have been using it: 1.Minimal to no breakage, I brush my hair several times a day. I used to have a sink full of broken hair. Now I don’t. 2.Thicker hair and minimal hair loss in the shower (around 5 strands with Wen, too many to count with other shampoo). My hair is back to being as thick is it was when I was a teenager. My stylist has to thin out my hair to get movement out of it. 3.Smooth shiny silky hair consistently. I don’t need to change shampoos to continue to get these results. 4. When I did have a style that required blow drying and flat ironing daily, the damage was pretty minimal using Wen and a heat protectant. Cons: 1. It can take a bit to get used to not using a lathering shampoo. When I first started using it, my hair would look greasy by around 8 pm. I found using reg shampoo on my scalp Wen on the lower half every other day then decreasing the reg shampoo worked really well. It honestly took my hair 4-5 months to stop looking greasy by the evening. Now it looks dirty in the morning like it should. 2. My stylist constantly tells me how healthy, beautiful and strong my hair is, how fast it grows (I think bc of the no breakage)etc. BUT, it very much against Wen. Maybe bc she is a salon owner? I also don’t think she can get past the no lather. My argument is I’ve been using it for 10 years and have had no problems and YOU tell me how great and healthy my hair is. Haha 3. Washing is more labor intensive that traditional shampoo and conditioner. A note about the formulas: I find the Sweet Almond Mint is a lighter formula that I use mainly in the summer. The pomegranate I use in the winter. If it’s too heavy, I’ll use Sweet Almond on my scalp and pomegranate on the lower half. I found lavender was even lighter that the sweet almond and I didn’t keep ordering that one. I just tired the summer peach one and it is pretty moisturizing. I might have to save as a winter shampoo. Wen is awesome and I highly recommend. Hope this review helps some of you who are on the fence or just started using it and need encouragement to hang in there!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my Wen I use Wen alternately with shampoo for color treated hair. I like to add product to leave in for extra conditioning. I find I can go longer between shampooing with Wen and that my hair is shiny.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from refreshing I love this product. I have thin, dried hair and psoriasis arthritis so my scalp gets irritated with shampoos.im always switching shampoo. This is a miracle in my case. My hair feels clean, looks healthier and it lightened my gray. I was thinking this is just another product to try and probably wont be good. My son said mom what did you do to your hair it looks different.im very happy with my purchase and will order more. The smell is wonderful. Try it you wont be dissapointed

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not eco friendly I love WEN products, I have been using the cleansing conditioner for years. But I would appreciate better Eco friendly packaging. For example, the pump dispenser could be optional and or you could ship back your used empty bottle to be recycled. Otherwise I would give the product a 5 star rating.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Thumbs Down Granted I do have real thick hair, it takes so long to completely rinse it out. Leaves a slight oily film on my hair. The back of bottle claims it's common not to have to wash your hair as often as you normally would when using this, but seemed like the opposite for me. My hair gets tangled and oily within a day or two. Using normal affordable stuff like dove or pantene keeps my hair soft shiny and maintainable for up to 4+ days. Guaranteed longer if I wanted to go that long without washing. Lol I've used wen in the past and loved it. Not sure why it's doing this now.
