Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ideal for My Hair I have a lot of hair each strand is thick, coarse, and porous I make a distinction between porous vs. thick and to emphasize porous because that is the texture, not the condition of my hair. The only shampoo that ever made a difference was made by Phyto called Phyto-Cademia, as in macadamia, and that was discontinued many years ago, I am glad it was because my search for a replacement brought me to 613 and believe it or not the Phyto was much more expensive than this. 613 has made a remarkable improvement in the look and feel of the mane on top of my head. I have short hair with enough body for everybody and only wash my hair about every five to six days in winter more often than that and my hair would look like a haystack. In summer because of perspiration, I wash it every four or sometimes every three days. I could never have done that with any other shampoo because I would look like Cousin It's twin if you remember The Addams Family TV program. I don't know how this would work on fine or thin hair but for me this is the gold standard.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not For Me Having never tried a WEN product I saw this and thought let me give it a try. I used it for about 3 weeks. I love the smell and it did leave my hair soft, but I was noticing to much hair loss when I used it, and it stripped to much hair dye from my hair. I wound up giving it to a family member, who loves it and has no issues. This is not for everyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Skincare Challenge & Damaged Hair I purchased one of each, the 613 and the 319. I decided to take Chaz up on his skincare challenge. I use a lot of oils for my skincare and decided to try something different; just wanted to switch up my routine a little. First I want to say, on the 613 the MFG Date is 5/20/18. on the 319, the MFG Date is 3/1/19. I see others posted about the product being out of date. It's not out of date. I cleanse my face with the 319 every morning and every night. I use the 613 as a face mask. I leave it on for about 15 minutes, then I wipe it off. It has a tingling feeling on my face, which is kind of cool. I do that a couple times a week. (I've had the product for about a month). I've tried cleansing my face with the 613, I don't like it as well as I like the 319. Just a personal preference. It's not bad, I'm just not big on fragrance on my face. My face looks good. Not dry at all. I have dry skin, so It doesn't feel dry or tight. My face looks clean and fresh. I follow up with a serum and then I use the 319 Ultra Nourishing Treatment Creme. I use SPF on top, if I'm going out during the day. I use the 613 to cleanse my hair. My hair is very dry. I use Tea Tree for my first cleanse, then I use the 613 for my second. I feel like my hair is getting a great treatment using both. I mix them together for my leave on conditioner and I can feel my scalp tingle. Love it!! It hydrates my hair, which is what I need. My hair is very short, so when I'm done, I have little small curls all over my head. Looks great and feel great. I also use the cleansing conditioner, as an after shower treatment. With my skin a little damp, I apply a cleansing conditioner like a lotion. Not bad. If I don't use that, I use the Ultra Nourishing Treatment Creme. Like them both. I also use the cleansing conditioner as a night time mask, before I cleanse the next day. I mix it with the oil or I just put it on my dry hair the night before. Chaz says the cleansing conditioner is a multi-tasker, I'm taking him up on his challenge. Would recommend it both 319 and 613.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Hair conditioner I used 613 years ago. My hair would grow a lot. I had to do my roots every 3 weeks. Then I got 613 but it had a bad expiration date. I just ordered few weeks ago. I love it. The expiration date is 2019. I’m keeping it. We’ll see what expiration date is on my auto delivery

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2 year old product I was sad to see that Chaz Dean would ship out in March of 2020 SixThirtteen, a natural product, that was manufactures in 2018. The Wen product line has worked well for my kids, as they both have severe skin conditions and allergies to products and foods. All products, open or unopened, lose there ability to work effectively overtime; fro food its called shelf life and for medicine it has an expiration date. Two years is too long to be shipping product to people who may not immediately open it. It’s defintely too long for those people who are using it and may have other conditions. I have to send mine back for a refund and go out to find something else at at time like this. Not a good situation to be in, but we do what we have to do for our kids. Sad that I couldn’t just have Chaz send me a this product with a manufacturing date of 6 months again. The QVC customer rep, Janeen, found it funny that I’d have to go out to go find something else. She promised that I wouldn’t get charged for shipping the return, that she’d email me a return label which I have gotten yet, and was unwilling to hang up the phone for 4 minutes so I could do my survey. This was rude and inconsiderate, but definitely a self-preserving attitude and a bad reflection on QVC service and products. Since I don’t have the receipt that comes in the inside of the box of most packages, I requested one......never received it and now have to call back in to get it. QVC definitely has taken up more of my time today than expected.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Gross Smell I have been using Wen for over 2 years. I have tried many scents. Most I really like, some are just ok. This one is downright gross. It smells like a lice treatment I had to use on kids 20 years ago, almost a petroleum type smell. Now, I know why he made a scent free version. I will never buy this again. My husband was like, what is that smell. I had to reach hair. Disgusting
