Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sizing Info These inserts are primarily for athletic shoes that have a removable innersole. I love the inserts and use this one and also the 3/4 ones for shoes that don't have removable innersoles. They are comfortable and supportive for me. Regarding sizing, very few of the reviews gave any information about this. I wear a size 8 in regular shoes and 8-1/2 in athletic shoes. I ordered the size small this time around because previously I had to trim the medium to fit into the shoes. According to the sizing chart, I would wear a medium since I wear an 8-1/2 shoe, but the size small is a much better fit with no cutting. I hope this helps someone who is undecided about which size to order.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No more hip pain! The inserts have really put an end to my hip pain. I was favoring the outside of my foot and the insoles help to correct my gait. My only suggestion would be for more rigidity under the toes

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good off-the-shelf orthotic I’m surprised these are so good. I wear very expensive custom orthotics for sports training, but I took a chance on these. Not quite like my custom ones, but they are almost as good and the neuroma in my left foot doesn’t bother me when I wear these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from wonderful product! After years of wearing casual canvas footwear with no arch support, my 23 year old son was having difficulty with his feet. A few years ago he'd seen the Dr who had recommended a different shoe as he couldn't find anything wrong with his feet. We'd also gone to a specialty athletic foot store and paid over $100 for impressions and consult to find the best shoe for him. Last fall he had started a new position requiring him to be on his feet for his full shift. His started having he issues with his feet again. I have a pair of Vionics and love them so I order him a pair of the active inserts. OMG! he loves them. He can be on his feet all day and is running again with no issues. He purchased another pair a few months ago so he doesn't have to change out his inserts all the time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ohhh I get it now! I can't wear Vionic shoes, sandals etc because I have narrow feet and they are never offered in narrow sizes. I would swim in them so I thought I'd try the inserts. Oh heaven on earth! For me, these are the very next best thing to the Vionic shoes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not very comfortable. I love Vionic sandals. I have several pair of Tide's. But, I'm disappointed in these liners. I ignored some of the reviews & ordered them anyway. They're much too hard! I placed some cheap, thin liners on top of them to be able to continue to wear them in my shoes. I hope it gets better. No plan to return them right now. Guess I should have tried the regular inserts & not sport, as some shoppers indicated in their reviews.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from They Make Noise and Not as Comfortable i bought two pair of these inserts to wear with my Nikes. I walk every day and these inserts squeak and make noise. They are not as comfortable as the regular Vionic inserts as they are stiffer. Wish I could return them but I have already worn them in my sneakers. The strange thing is that both pair of these are the same way. Not a repeat purchase for me.
