Items are plastic. Don't look like they will hold up. I returned them.

Fantastic Item
This is the easiest wine opener I have used..makes it so easy and the pump pulls the air our and seals the bottle making the opened bottle last a couple days in the fridge or if it’s Red wine on the counter. The spout is nice too

Don't bother - Doesn't work
This item doesn't work. Initially, it holds a 'vacuum' seal for about an hour. When used the second time, the plug doesn't stay in at all.
I am embarrassed that I gave one as a gift and it doesn't work.

Good Idea, but
The concept of this product is really good. But they are made of cheap plastic. My pour spout plastic end has chipped really bad after 3 uses. I would return but gave away the others. This is the first bad review I have ever given and I hope to never need to give anymore. For me it was a waste of money. Sorry QVC.

It worked, until it didn't.
Sadly, the air release piece broke on my second use. I will have to return it. I can't risk this happening to the other ones that were going to be birthday gifts. I will have to keep looking for a more durable wine preserver.

Great solution
No more wasted wine! Have used regularly for a year with nothing but great results. As advertised this gadget really does keep opened wine fresh. Longest test was 2weeks from opening. Helps to keep bottle out of direct light. The top does come apart for cleaning and goes back together-no problem. Listen for the click to know all air has been removed from the bottle.

Great Concept but quality was not there...
Loved this set of 3 and had very high hopes when I ordered it. After one use the piece you pull up to pour wine completely came off :( Hope this is made stronger in future, otherwise can’t see QVC continuing to sell these....
