How do I use it: For the first time user, select Sensitive Mode if you have sensitive or easily irritated skin. Or for all others, select Auto Mode and hit the start button. From there, the screen will guide you through a simple treatment cycle of the entire face and neck in exactly five minutes. Sensitive Mode and Auto Mode both set the timer and suction level for each section of the face, updating based on what works best for each section.

Advanced users can switch to Manual Mode and use anywhere on the face, neck, chest, arms, or any body area that you wish.
