Rated 1 out of 5 by from Simply does't work Like other customers, I watched & rewatched the video. Our rake does not budge when we try to open it up. It's going back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful I ordered this item for my husband and he loved it because he can now use this rake in the flowerbed without having to go to the shed and exchange the rake for a different size.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn’t “adjust” This adjustable rake doesn’t “adjust.” When I use the lever to unlock the rake it doesn’t budge. I watched the video several times wondering what I was doing wrong but I still couldn’t get it to move. I took it to my brother-in-law thinking he could figure it out but he couldn’t get the “flexibility” to work either. I was really looking forward to using this product but it truly is defective. I’ll be sending it back and looking for a functioning rake in my local hardware store.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work We ordered this rake. We received it, we just opened it. It does not work. We watched the videos, we read the tiny piece of square with the size two font providing instructions for use. No diagram, no arrows. We thought it would be simple/easy to use but the thing will not slide what so ever. The rake also feels short. I thought it would extend once it slides but from the way it’s designed I don’t think it will and it doesn’t in the videos either. If I could give it zero stars I would. We’re sending it back, we will order the original rake, until then we will use our twenty year old rusted rake that works just fine. Even a rusted rake works properly. This thing is brand new, and it’s stuck like it was left out in the elements, for example rain. I wonder what will happen when it actually is left out in the rain. The only thing that would move is the latch handle, it moves up and down so I guess it’s locking and unlocking but it also appears to be a bit twisted or the prongs are slanted is the best way to describe it. Great idea but it lacks the engineering. We googled this rake and found the original.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It Does Everything It Claims To Wow! What a rake! I used it last weekend to pull leaves out of a small bed and it worked great. Really pulled those leaves in a pile and they were so easy to pick up using the rake. I saw this the Friday night it was introduced and couldn't wait until it arrived. Everyone needs one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Now I Only Need 1 Rake Love this rake! I drag so many size rakes outside with me it was ridiculous! This rake can become any size you want, go in any direction you want, is light weight and extremely sturdy. It is NOT made of plastic, and so easy to clean. Buying this rake for my gardener friends. Will make a great gift!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DONT WASTE YOUR MONIES-CHEAPLY MADE-OVERPRICE Only good thing about this product that it was lightweight, but not made for heavy duty work-I live on a 1 AC with 6 oaks trees and it couldnt hold up to the demand-good only for light work and small yard-overprice

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cleanest Chicken Coop Ever! I gotta tell ya I really don’t look forward to cleaning out the chicken coop and run. This rake is so lightweight yet very sturdy. Cleaned out the coop and all the winter straw and pooh in the run like it was a breeze. Very happy with yet another Ultimate Innovations product. Keep them coming! I thank you and my girls thank you!
