Hair Mist with No Spray Pump!
I can not believe I would receive this expensive $34.45 Revitalizing Hair Mist with no pump included in the box..
Lately, the customer service has been really disappointing with QVC. No quality checks on orders I suspect.
I will have to hunt for a spray pump in the salvage stores.

Love the product but….
Like others, I received my order with no pump. I sent it back and reordered another one. This one does not have a pump either. I originally tried this mist when it was part of special value set a year or so ago on HSN. I have my original bottle and pump, and could use my old pump, but honestly, for $30 this should come with a pump. When I called customer service, she said this product was not eligible for partial refund. I would’ve been happy if it was $3.00 to cover the cost of the pump. I will probably return it. The receipts I received with both orders are barely legible. I’m very disappointed in how I received it.
I do love this mist. When I curl my hair, I use it the next few days to keep the curl fresh. It works wonderfully. I really like the smell of it. The fragrance stays and keeps my hair fresh. I like it much better than other mists I have tried. I gave it 3 stars because the product is great. I cannot recommend it, do to twice being disappointed in how I received it.

Great stuff, BUTT. !!!!
Love this stuff makes my hair feel so soft and easy to manage and smells great ,BUTT they never sent a spray lid with the bottle so I have no way of using it !

Good for breakage
I think it does help with conditioning and less breakage. Small amount for price. On the fence about the smell. I SAW REVIEWS THAT SAID THEY RECEIVED WITH NO PUMP. I HAVE PURCHASED THIS TWICE AND BOTH TIMES MINE CAME WITH A PUMP. THAT WAS NOT RIGHT. QVC /DENNIS SHOULD MAKE THIS RIGHT FOR THOSE THAT DID NOT RECEIVE A PUMP. I WOULD HAVE RETURNED FOR FULL REFUND AND NOT BEEN A HAPPY

Defective packaging
I received the items and there was no pump included to spray on my hair. I called and I just got the replacement again with no pump!! Plus, my card had been charged. So now I have to mail all my four bottles (had two bottles ea order) back to get my refund. What a pain. QVC does not have dependable shipping. Not my first bad experience. I’m over QVC!!!!!!

Tames the Fly-Aways
I use the Tweaked shampoo and conditioner, and love it, but my fine hair gets the fly-aways. This spray stops the fly-aways extremely well. I gave it four stars because after four months, QVC is still shipping this without a pump. And, please, please, please, Dennis -- make this spray in an unscented version!!!
