First, melt butter in medium sauce pan over medium heat until it's hot enough that a pinch of flour slowly sprinkled into it will start to bubble. When that occurs, add the flour, a little at a time, and mix into butter with a whisk. Continue whisking until mixture is a light to medium brown color, about 3–5 minutes.
Slowly add the turkey broth, 1 cup at a time, over low heat, whisking constantly to prevent lumps. Once all the broth has been added, add the seasonings and taste. Don't worry if you have lumps in the gravy, the Vitamix will make it smooth.
Heat the gravy until hot then carefully pour the hot mixture into the Vitamix container. Secure the lid and place the container on the base.
Select Variable 1, turn the machine on, and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High. Blend for 1 minute and serve.
